THE MISSION
The A.L.B.A., Lifestyle, Alimentation and Well-being Association, is a free scientific no-profit association, which deals with all the problems affecting lifestyle, well-being and alimentation.
It was founded in 2007 by Doctors and Professors of Health. Among its aims, A.L.B.A. has the goal of facilitating the free circulation and diffusion of a valid scientific knowledge among all those who, for work or merely simple cultural reasons, are interested in going into the themes of the Association.
A.L.B.A. also intends to collaborate with the Ministry of Health, Regions, Sanitary Agencies, Universities, many other organizations and Institutions, Industries and privates, in Italy and abroad. On the one hand, the aim is spreading all around territory instruments, methods and information connected with the promotion of sanitary prevention among the population, especially those concerning a healthy alimentation and a correct lifestyle; on the other hand, the aim is promoting activities, studies and researches regarding alimentation, nutritional and dietary activities, sport, correct lifestyle, dietary supplies and experimental studies, scientific and epidemiological researches.
For this reason, A.L.B.A organizes courses, social and popular meetings, promotes research and its furthering, provides its members with scientific and informative material.
Those who practise sanitary professions with the same aims of the Association (Doctors, Dentists, Biologists, Chemists, etc.), those who operate with other qualifications concerning nutrition or fitness, such as Nutritional Consultants, Personal Trainers and similar figures, and those who simply intend to increase their knowledge of all the proposed themes can also join A.L.B.A and become Members of it.
Institutions, Industries or singles who contribute with their experience, their intellect, prestige and means to the pursuance of the goals of the Associations can join the Association as Supporting Members, in Italy and abroad too.
ITALIAN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
A.L.B.A., trough its President, Referee number 13925, offers services in the field of Scientific Formation for Doctors and others Professors of Health.
UNIVERSITY
A.L.B.A. as agreements with different Universities, above all with the University of Camerino, Fitness and Health Products Department, with two different targets:
1)Doctors and Biologists, through the “E-Health Master on Fitness”
2)Normal people, who are given the chance of following university course, certified by the President, about “Fitness & Health Produts Science and Tecnology”
THE AIMS OF A.L.B.A ASSOCIATION
a)FAVOURING professional updating and information sharing among single sanitary operators, all the other related professional figures and everyone who could be interested in these issues
b)COOPERATING with the Ministry of Health, Regions, the Sanitary Industry, University, Institutions, Industry and individuals
c)SPREADING all over the territory instruments, methods and information in order to communicate the worth of a healthy alimentation and a correct lifestyle
d)CREATING, in association with Industries or Agencies, simple and basic training courses for Consultants and “ECM” (Constant Education on Medicine) courses for Doctors and other Health Professors.
